The distinctive, gracefully curved polyhedral wing and efficient airfoil deliver outstanding soaring performance and long flight times with or without motor power. This Bind-N-Fly (BNF®) Basic model comes out of the box with the power system, servos and a Spektrum™ 2.4GHz receiver installed, so all you need to do is bind the receiver to a compatible Spektrum DSMX®/DSM2® equipped transmitter (sold separately), install a charged battery (sold separately) and fly!

Exclusive Technologies

This UMX™ Radian® is equipped with exclusive Spektrum™ AS3X® (Artificial Stabilization – 3-aXis) and SAFE® (Sensor Assisted Flight Envelope) Select technologies. AS3X works behind the scenes to smooth out the effects of wind and turbulence to deliver a locked-in feel that makes it seem like you're flying a much larger airplane. Optional-use SAFE Select offers pitch and bank angle limits along with automatic self-leveling that can be turned on and off at the flip of a switch, making it easy to fly for low-time and experienced pilots alike.

Telemetry Capable

The UMX™ Radian® is equipped with a control unit/flight controller that includes two servos plus an ESC and Spektrum™ receiver that provides real-time flight battery voltage telemetry to compatible Spektrum AirWare™ equipped transmitters (including the DX6e and 8e, DX6 G2/G3 and 8 G2, the DX9, NX6, 8 and 10, the iX12, iX20 and others) while you fly.

Long Flight Times

The factory-installed power system features a coreless motor, gearbox and an efficient folding propeller that delivers excellent climb performance and long flight times up to 10-20+ minutes with a mix of power on/off flying when using 1S 150–200mAh batteries.
